Exchange and Returns Policy

 



Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and free from any damage or odor.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original labels attached.

How to Complete an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.
  • You may exchange the item for a different size or model, or alternatively, receive a store voucher of equal value.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your exchange has been approved or declined. If approved, we will promptly process the exchange and ship your new item. Please allow a few days for us to prepare and ship your exchange.

Late or Missing Exchanges:

If you have not received your exchange within 5-7 business days from approval, please track your order using the provided tracking number to check its status. If you believe you’ve missed your parcel, we recommend contacting your local post office.

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping:

To return your item, please ship it to the address provided in our confirmation email. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If you choose to exchange your item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the value of the exchanged item.

Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the return of your item.
