Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. As stated in the order confirmation and at checkout, you may exchange the item or receive a credit note only. 

Returns will not be accepted where:

• The return request is made after the 14-day exchange window

• The return has not been authorised prior to sending
• Original tags are missing

• The item has been worn, washed, or shows any signs of use

• The item was purchased as a Sale item

• There are marks, stains, or cosmetic transfer such as makeup

• The item carries noticeable scents including perfume, smoke, or body odour

• The item has been damaged due to misuse, lack of care, or improper handling

Items returned without meeting these conditions or without an approved return request will not be accepted.

How to Exchange
To start your exchange, please contact hello@lelandresses.com with proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, you may exchange for another size/style or receive a store voucher of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
