Exchange and Returns Policy
Once a dress is purchased, we do not accept refund however exchange within 3 days is considered subject to damage and odor.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This also includes all the labels being in tact.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange
The exchange can be made either for another size or model. In addition, there is also the option to redeem the exchange for a voucher.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the dress you'd like to exchange will be send via post, within a certain amount of days. Please allow us some time to prepare your dress.
Late or missing exchanges
If you haven’t received an exchange yet, allow 5-7 working days for the item to reach you, from the date you've been approved for an exchange.
Next, you should consider is to use the tracking numbers we provide for you to check whether the product is still making its way to you or whether you've missed the parcel. It would always be a great idea to check with your local post office branch.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address in the email where your exchange has been accepted. Our staff will be happy to assist you and help you with all further steps.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange dress.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
